Depending on the non-partner restaurant policy, you can pay upfront for the meal you order thru them.
When submitting the pickup and delivery request remember to mention to answer by yes or no the question: “Is this order paid for?”

Because we do not keep track of non-partner restaurant menus, we cannot guarantee that they will always have a particular food item on their menu. In order to give you a better experience of this service, we recommend
- you call the restaurant first and place a pick up order
- then submit the pick up and delivery request form using this link
Grocery shopping are paid for at delivery time.
The total due is made up of:
- the grocery store receipt total
- the delivery fee. See grocery delivery fee
- 10% convenience which is 10% of the grocery store receipt total.
