Can I checkout without having an account?

Yes you can. As of December 4th 2015, we have released “Express Checkout”. With this new feature you do NOT need to have an account before ordering from any of our partner restaurants. No need to retrieve or remember your account password anymore.

Forgot your password?

For partner restaurant account holders, in case you forgot your password you can send yourself a password reminder email by using the “Forgot your password?” feature. This feature can be found on the “Login to your account” page once you click on the “checkout” button.
We plan on releasing by the end of November 2015 an update that will allow customers to change their password to a newer one. The link to do that will be included in the password reminder email.

I leave in a different city. Can I submit a delivery request for loved ones in Wichita?

Definitely yes. We frequently get these requests for food and grocery deliveries.
For such cases, we encourage the requester to provide both their phone number and email(alternate contact) as well the end customer phone number in case we have questions or need to confirm the order details.
Once the delivery is completed, we send a confirmation message to the requester.

What is convenience fee?

A convenience fee is a charge incurred for the privilege of paying for something with a payment method that would normally not be used for such a product or service.

In most cases when you order thru us we pay for your order upfront and you pay us at delivery time. Convenience fee is also used toward credit card transaction fee we pay to secure payment gateways.

A secure payment gateway is an e-commerce application service provider service that authorizes secured credit card payments for e-businesses, online retailers.

Why I am giving 45 minutes as the estimate delivery time?

Based on how busy a restaurant can be and taking into account heavy traffic, we average that it will take 45 minutes to complete a partner or non-partner delivery request.
In some rare cases, we request up to 1 hour. Depending on each case we make sure that we keep each customer updated.

How long does it take for a refund to show in my account?

Allow 3 business days for refund to be processed and show in your account.
We only refund orders that are cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed.

Can I cancel my food delivery request?

You can only cancel your food delivery request within 10 minutes of receiving the delivery confirmation confirmation email from us.
To cancel your food delivery, simply reply to the same email you received the confirmation message from or click on the link
provided in the email to do so.

How do I order from a restaurant not in the partner list?

To order from a restaurant we are not partnering with yet, visit the following link and submit a pickup and delivery request.
Because we do not keep track of non-partner restaurant menus, we cannot guarantee that they will always have a particular food item on their menu. In order to give you a better experience of this service, we recommend

  1. you call the restaurant first and place a pick up order
  2. then submit the pick up and delivery request form using this link
